We want you to be happy with your BROOD order. This policy explains how returns work.
What can be returned
A product can be returned if it is unused and in the same condition as when you received it, with its original packaging. Write to us first.
Products that arrive damaged or incorrect are handled as a replacement. See our Shipping Policy.
How to return a product
- Write to us at contact@wearbrood.com with your order number and the product you want to return.
- We will confirm whether the product is eligible and send you the return instructions, including the return address.
- Please do not send anything back before we have confirmed the instructions.
Return shipping
For change-of-mind returns, the return shipping cost is paid by the customer. We will confirm the return address and instructions when you contact us, before you send the product.
After we receive your return
We check the returned product when it arrives. Your refund is processed after the product has been received and checked. See our Refund Policy.
