Cancelling before shipment
You can cancel an order at any time before it ships. Write to us at contact@wearbrood.com as soon as possible with your order number. The sooner you write, the better the chance we can cancel in time.
A cancelled order is refunded to your original payment method. See our Refund Policy.
After your order has shipped
Once an order has shipped it can no longer be cancelled. If you do not want the products, our Return Policy explains how to return them.
Cancellations by BROOD
We may need to cancel an order, for example if a product is unavailable, if there is an error in the price or description, or if we cannot verify the payment. If we cancel your order, you are refunded in full.
